3. Image Requests & Contributions

• Users may submit image requests by email. By submitting a request, you grant MoonPrompt permission to curate and display the resulting image publicly.
• If Moonprompt later allows user submissions, you agree that any content uploaded must not infringe copyright, contain offensive material, or violate applicable laws.
• We reserve the right to decline or remove any content at our sole discretion.

4. Courses & Educational Content

• If you purchase a MoonPrompt course, access is granted for personal use only.
• Course fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except as required under UK consumer law.
• We may update or change course materials without prior notice to ensure quality and accuracy.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Moonprompt provides content and services “as is.” We make no guarantees about accuracy, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
